Today St Lucian Gospel Singer/Songwriter/Minister Emrand Henry releases a brand new christmas song called " This is Christmas".
In his words, "It is my pleasure to bring the christmas Spirit through music into your homes and on your favorite radio stations. I pray that this song be a blessing to all who listens to it and I wish everyone a Merry Christmas."
Taking a break from the heavy recording of his upcoming 2019 album "Rivers Of Jordan", Jordan recorded his Christmas offering, a Dancehall & Soca fusion entitled “Bout Jesus”.
This unique blend of up-tempo Caribbean Rhythms, mixed with a smooth rendition of solid lyrical content re-emphasizing the true meaning of Christmas, is deemed by industry leaders to be a “fresh” and “relevant” contribution to the Caribbean Christmas Music plain.
Title: "BOUT JESUS"
Written by Curtis Jordan.
Country: Trinidad & Tobago.
Produced by Marcus Romero of Tehilla Media.
Recorded & Mixed by Cleon Richardson of Camari Music Studios.
Mastered by Lauritz Liddelow.
Where has Chevelle Franklyn been in the ten years since her last studio album His Way and her new album Set Time?
Apparently at home, in Jamaica and appropriately both touring the world and spending a lot of time with God.
The former secular sensation turned Psalmist powerhouse lives in Jamaica, but according to Chevelle, “doors kept opening up all over the world”. This was enough for her to stay moderately busy yet still active in the studio. “God opened doors in Nigeria, Ghana and Zimbabwe, I mean all over Africa, and the world by extension – London, The Middle East, The States and Europe, so I figured people were wondering if I migrated or something. God was doing His thing, I kept receiving new music but the season was not yet fulfilled for music to be released”.
Her new album, Set Time chronicles the journey thus far. “I could not rush, I had to learn patience and trust the process”.
